Conference Hotel Options
IBSA has reserved blocks of rooms at the following hotels:

- Best Western – 2020 Formosa Rd Troy, IL 62294. Call (618) 667-9200 for a reservation.
- Hampton Inn and Suites – 5723 Heritage Crossing Road, Glen Carbon, IL 62034. Call (618) 589-5000, ask for IBSA Annual meeting block $99 for king or 2 queen and $109 for king studio suite. Reservation cutoff is October 30.
Dining
The Tuesday Evening Pastor Conference meal will be served at the church by Ravanelli’s Catering. Menu: Famous pressure fried chicken, slow roasted beef with gravy, baked rigatoni, mash potatoes and gravy, buttered corn, salad, bread and dessert. $10 per person
Online meal ticket purchases are no longer available, but a limited amount of tickets will be available at the door.
The Wednesday Annual Meeting meal will be served at the church will be catered by Fire-N-Smoke. Menu: Dry-rubbed, smoked chicken, topped with cranberry barbecue sauce, pulled pork, mac and cheese, green beans, salad, bread and dessert. $12 per person.
