Who: Leaders who are currently serving in Kids and Student Ministries.

What to expect: Participants will have the opportunity to network and connect with each other while hearing from a few leaders on how God is blessing new strategies in Kids and Student Ministry. Each participant will receive the book “The Multi-Directional Leader” by Trevin Wax.

Worship Leaders Connection Dessert
When: Wednesday, November 8 – end of evening session

Who: all worship leaders
What to expect: Worship is core to the church, and worship leaders often feel that the responsibility that they carry is getting heavier due to technology needs, song selection, etc. Join us to connect with other worship leaders from across the state and get a glimpse of resources available to help you lead in your local church.

Small Church Pastors Collective Dessert Fellowship
Who: Pastors and leaders of churches with an attendance of less than 150.
When: Wednesday, November 8 – approximately 8:30
Where: Room 3
What to expect: Participants will hear from other Illinois Baptist Pastors leading smaller churches to do larger things. There will also be an opportunity to connect with other small church leaders for fellowship and encouragement. Each participant will receive the new book by Richard Blackaby, “The Ways of God.”
